Our son was the victim of race-based bullying that was allowed to persist for many weeks while the District focused on the victim, minimized what had occurred, and refused to take measures to prevent repeat incidents. During the course of an action before an Administrative Law Judge, it became abundantly clear that not only did the District mishandle our case, but they had laid the groundwork by failing to comply with the law.

The District has spent more than $130,000 of public money defending its conduct.

For now, this site mainly holds the rulings and legal billings from the case. Over time, we intend to update the site to contain more background information.
